BlockVector2D extends Vector2D, yet implements an incompatible hashcode,
making the class unsafe/incompatible.

Worldedit shouldn't be checking every permission
For some reason worldedit devs thought it was a good idea to
unnecessarily check every permission in a class when executing a
command.
