29587b93f7 Implement initial report interface. 
Added getPlugin() method to CommandBase.
Changed mini-plugin name from "ReportPlugin" to "Report" to match the other mini-plugins.

This is very WIP, still a lot to be done.

3b54789767 Optimized logins dealing with mysql with multiqueries. 
Added lazy loading of Pool data and Loaded check before performing anything.

Refactored MiniClientPlugin and created MiniDbClientPlugin

Renamed RankBenefitManager9000 to BenefitManager

Removed /send ability for now.
