d6bd962768 Added in dynamic servermanager updating. 
Added updating of bungeeServers/servers list.
Combined all bungee plugins to Mineplexer

Fixed arcade bug on player quit.
Fixed ServersUI page errors.

Added knockack to 1 damage attacks.

2266cc4556 Added stop override and player redirect to Hub 
Added prevention of items going into inventory for ServerNpcPage
