4002528c51 Updated GUI text. 
- recharges/etc now use bottom text
- uses appropriate bottom/top for 1.7 or 1.8
- fixed 1.7 dragon bar so it works as it did pre-1.8
- dragon bar in 1.8 will now send dragon+wither, for more reliability
- renamed utils to be more clear

5c9ee3e79e Add ServerCommand system for live cross-server commands,. Update Queuer to support Redis based database and functionality. Fix ServerStatus start up dates to synchronize properly with central Redis time. Add new DataRepository's for easier dynamic object storage in redis. b8b6c031cd Re-did and added a game to the quick game menu. 
Fixed npc triggers with non npcs named the same.
Fixed naming pet longer than 16 chars.
Added sugar cane to restricted block type for paintball gun
Properly hooked in gadget block event for paitnball gun.
Added auto purchase page on item gadget ammo empty.
Added check on rank for customer support command.
Fixed ConcurrentModificationException problem with spigot.

Logger now catches all uncaught exceptions and logs them to DB.

Put in some preventative checks in Hub/Party as they threw a lot of the same errors.
